Instructions and Next Steps
You have registered for the 2016-2017 Meijer Great Choices Film Festival. You will reveive a confimation email with the following instructions and your registration details.
To complete your entry please print your entire comfimation email and send with the following:
- Printed confirmaton email (must include Student Name, PSA Title and Student School)
- Your PSA on a DVD or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a Google Drive File to directly upload your PSA.
- Registration fee: $5 if mailed by January 19, 2017 ; $10 per entry if mailed by February.10, 2017. Make checks payable to: Meijer Great Choices Film Festival
- All applicable Talent Release Forms

If you mail a physical DVD, please do not glue or tape the entry form to the DVD. Place the entry form inside the DVD case or envelope or attach it with a rubber band.Each entry should be labeled with a title.
